Delivery
By checking out, you accept our terms and conditions for the delivery of your purchase. We’ll determine the final delivery date, and deliveries are kerbside only. Please ensure someone is available for unloading on the delivery day.
A photo will confirm the delivery. Check the quantity before the driver leaves. If no one is available, goods will be delivered to your property’s front. You are responsible for the goods post-delivery.
We don’t cover stolen or damaged materials post-delivery. Ensure someone is available during delivery. The delivery date will be confirmed via email. We’re not liable for costs due to late or delayed deliveries.
Rejected Delivery
In the event of a rejected delivery, we retain the right to impose a 10% restocking fee to offset the expenses associated with the delivery.
Product Variation
Please be aware that wood grain and product colors may vary from the images displayed on our website due to differences in monitor colors, slight variations in batch colors, or updates in design. To ensure satisfaction, we recommend ordering a sample pack before making a purchase to preview the products available.
Chargebacks
Upon receiving a chargeback related to your transaction, you agree to remit a one-time payment of £250 + VAT. This fee covers our efforts in handling the case and providing necessary evidence to the acquiring company
